Pecan Pies(Makes 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box light brown sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 unbaked pie shells (8 or 9-inch)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add all other ingredients and blend. Turn mixture into pie shells and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
