Hearty Coleslaw For Two - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. bologna slices
1 3/4 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 (18 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
lettuce
1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
salt to taste
Preparation

About 20 minutes before serving, cut bologna in thin strips. In medium bowl, stir mayonnaise and salt.
Add cabbage, pineapple and bologna and toss lightly.
Serve on lettuce topped with eggs. Makes 2 generous servings.
