Sweet Potato Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    flour
    bread crumbs
    oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except flour, bread crumbs and oil. Shape mixture into cones and roll in flour, then in bread crumbs. Fry in very hot oil until brown on all sides.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Also good with ham, pork, beef and lamb.
