Dijon Apricot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
    3/4 c. apricot preserves
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 medium clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, five minutes.
    Serve on chicken, duck or turkey. Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
