Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red beets
    1 can carrots
    5 potatoes
    1/2 jar pickles
    1 lb. sauerkraut
    2 onions
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Boil potatoes for 20 minutes and then peel them.
    Chop up onions in small pieces and fry them for 8 to 10 minutes using vegetable oil.
    Cut all vegetables in small pieces and mix well, adding 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
