Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
2 bell peppers
1 lb. mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) can black pitted olives
1 c. distilled vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine vegetables and olives in large bowl.
For marinade, combine vinegar and remaining in jar.
Shake vigorously.
Pour marinade over vegetables.
Cover and marinate overnight, stirring occasionally.
Makes 13 cups.
