Sausage And Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. quick grits
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 egg
Preparation
    Brown sausage until crumbly.
    Add 1/2 cup water and simmer 10 minutes.
    Drain and save liquid combining liquid and 1 cup water, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil and add grits.
    Cook 5 minutes. Add cheese and beaten eggs with milk.
    Add sausage.
    Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350 \u00b0 until bubbly hot.
