5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. stew meat
    1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes (or 14.5 oz.)
    4 potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
    4 sticks celery
    4 unpeeled carrots, cut in strips
    4 onions, cut in rings
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    salt, pepper, parsley flakes, red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pack into small covered roaster.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
