Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 c. pecans
3 heaping c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine sugar and oil.
Add eggs (well beaten).
Add apples, pecans, flour, soda, salt, vanilla and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
