Upside Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 pt. size crushed pineapple or fruit cocktail
Preparation

Beat 1 minute.
Place in ungreased pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1 cup chopped nuts on batter. Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
