Crab Meltaways - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (6) English muffins
2 (7 oz.) cans crabmeat, well drained
1/2 c. butter or margarine
English sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Slice English muffins in halves and then each half in quarters.
Arrange on a cookie sheet.
Mix the remaining ingredients well, using a hand mixer at medium speed.
Spread mixture on the quartered muffins.
Freeze at least 30 minutes if you plan to use in the evening.
(This recipe freezes very well and can be made up to 2 weeks ahead.)
To serve, place crab muffins on cookie sheet and broil until golden and puffy.
