1 8 oz. carton low-fat cottage cheese
lemon juice to taste (about 3 Tbsp.)
salt (dash)
Preparation

Blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
Goes well as a topping for baked potatoes or can be used with dry onion soup mix to make onion dip.
