Mushrooms Santa Fe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
    3 Tbsp. diced Ortega chilies
    1/4 c. butter
    1 clove garlic, pressed and minced
    16 (2-inch) fresh mushroom caps
    grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix Cheddar cheese, sour cream, onions, cilantro and chilies, set aside.
    In small saucepan, combine butter and garlic.
    Warm over low heat to melt butter.
    Brush mushrooms with garlic butter. Fill each cap with 1 tablespoon cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
    Broil until bubbly and golden, about 3 minutes.
