Baked Mochi Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) can coconut milk or coconut cream
    2 c. milk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. mochiko
Preparation
    Blend
    together butter and sugar.
    Beat together vanilla, coconut
    milk and eggs.
    Add egg mixture to sugar mixture. Add milk
    and mix well, then add baking powder and mochiko and mix again.
    Pour
    into\twell-greased
    and floured 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Place
    on
    rack
    one level above center of oven. Bake
    at 350\u00b0
    for
    1
    hour.
    Completely cool before cutting, using a plastic knife.
