Minted Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. ReaLemon
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
    8 c. assorted fruit
Preparation
    In medium bowl combine all ingredients except fruit.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Place fruit in large shallow dish.
    Pour mixture over fruit.
    Cover.
    Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
