Jean'S Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes spice cake mix
1 (16 oz.) jar cherries, drained and chopped (save juice)
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs or Egg Beaters
Preparation

Mix all together and if not moist enough, add more juice or applesauce.
Divide into 3 loaf pans sprayed with Baker's Joy. Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
