Jenna'S Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lime Jell-O
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. low calorie whipped topping
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in water.
    Chill until partially set.
    Add cottage cheese, crushed pineapple and low-calorie whipped topping. Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Chill until set.
    Serve on lettuce. Makes 9 servings.
