Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    spices (onion, garlic, Italian seasoning)
    olive oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. egg noodles
Preparation
    Saute hamburg with spices in a small amount of olive oil. Cook until hamburg is done.
    Drain in colander and put back into large skillet.
    Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup to meat and 1/4 cup water.
    Cook until heated through.
    Add sour cream 15 minutes before serving.
    Boil egg noodles and drain; add to meat mixture and stir well.
    Serve with rolls, etc.
