Sixty Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar.
    Heat milk to scald.
    Add margarine; cool to warm.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add milk and yeast mixtures.
    Mix; knead until soft dough is formed.
    Place in greased bowl; grease top of dough.
    Cover; place bowl in pan of warm water.
    Let rise 15 minutes.
    Turn dough out on floured board; divide in half.
    Shape into rolls.
    Place on greased pans. Cover; let rise in warm place for 15 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 12 minutes, until done.
    Makes 2 dozen dinner rolls.
