Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 stick margarine
1 egg, beaten
2 c. very warm water
1/4 c. sugar
4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm (not hot) water.
Melt margarine and cream with sugar in large bowl.
Add yeast to creamed mixture. Next add flour and stir until well mixed.
To cook, drop by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
This batter may be covered and stored in refrigerator. Use stored batter within two weeks.
