Melt In Your Mouth Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    3 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Scald cornmeal with boiling water.
    Add remaining ingredients in order and mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
    Cool before cutting.
    This is a very moist cornbread.
