Old Fashioned Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 c. herb stuffing mix
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. water
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut slice off top of cabbage; cut out inside, leaving 3/4-inch shell.
    Reserve inside for cole slaw.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet; drain.
    Stir in 1/2 cup tomato sauce, the tomatoes with liquid, stuffing mix, onion, garlic and salt.
    Fill cabbage shell with mixture; place in Dutch oven.
    Mix remaining tomato sauce and water; pour into Dutch oven around cabbage.
    Cover and bake until tender, about 45 minutes.
    Remove from Dutch oven; cut in 6 wedges.
    Spoon hot tomato sauce over and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
