Ingredients

1 egg white
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation

Beat egg whites and water until well mixed and foamy.
Add salt, cinnamon and sugar to whites and mix well.
Add pecans and stir until all nuts are well coated.
Spread on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 200\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Stir every 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
