Seafood Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. chopped green or red peppers
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion or pimento
    1/4 c. butter
    sauteed mushrooms
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. light cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of paprika
    2 c. cooked, diced shrimp
    1 pkg. king crab (6 to 7 oz.)
    1 egg yolk
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Saute onion, peppers and mushrooms in butter 5 minutes. Reserve. Stir flour into pan. Gradually stir in cream until smooth and thick.
    Stir in vegetables and season. Add seafood. Cook 2 minutes. Beat egg yolk and stir hot sauce into egg yolk, a few tablespoons at a time. Add to white sauce. Remove from heat and add sherry. Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
