Hurry Up Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can biscuits
    sugar
    shortening or oil
Preparation
    Fill skillet (preferably iron) with 1 to 2 inches of oil or shortening.
    Heat on high, then turn down to medium-high.
    Pull biscuits apart and make large hole in center.
    Drop gently into hot oil and brown, then turn over to brown on other side.
    Drain on paper towel, then drop in bowl with sugar.
    Cover bowl; shake and serve.
