Frog Eye Salad(Very Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. small pearl-like macaroni
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 can pineapple tidbits
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. fat-free sour cream
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed in 1/4 c. juice
Preparation
    Drain fruit and save juice.
    Cook macaroni 10 minutes in water; drain.
    Rinse and cool.
    Bring to a boil 3/4 cup juice, mixed with sugar and salt.
    Stir in cornstarch mixture; stir until thick.
    Cool.
    Mix into fruit and macaroni.
    Add marshmallows. Fold in sour cream; let stand 12 to 24 hours for best flavor.
