Swedish Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 c. light cream, scalded
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 2/3 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole.
    Mix thoroughly. Place casserole in pan filled with hot water, 1 inch deep.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
