Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. beets, diced
    1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. beet juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water, then add beet juice.
    Cool until syrupy.
    Add vegetables and seasonings.
    Turn into a ring mold and chill.
