Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
5 c. sliced cooked potatoes
1/4 c. bread crumbs, buttered
Preparation

In saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Stir in flour until smooth.
Gradually add milk and cook; stir until mixture thickens. Put aside and add salt, Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Stir until melted.
Add potatoes; stir until mixed.
Place in 2-quart dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
