Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Stir flour with 1 cup sugar,
    cocoa
    and
    baking
    soda. Mix 1 cup water with vanilla, oil and
    vinegar.
    Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix well with
    wooden spoon.
    Place midget 2-inch baking cups on baking sheet.
    Spoon
    batter
    into
    cups and fill only half full.
    In small mixing
    bowl,
    mix egg with cream cheese and remaining sugar until
    well blended.
    Stir in mini
    chocolate chips.
    Place
    1
    teaspoon
    of
    cream
    cheese mixture in each cup. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 23 minutes.
    Yields 40 to 42 cupcakes.
