Betty Dedoyard'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 bar German sweet chocolate, chopped
    3 small pkg. chocolate chips
    1 jar marshmallow cream
    1 c. broken walnuts
Preparation
    Boil sugar, salt, milk and butter exactly 4 1/2 minutes.
    Put in large bowl the chocolate, chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and walnuts.
    Pour hot mixture over chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
    Makes 5 pounds.
