Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed zucchini, peeled
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cubed sharp cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Put first 6 ingredients into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. In small bowl, mix eggs, oil and Bisquick.
    Pour over zucchini and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
