Sausage Souffl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    6 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. milk
    1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and store in covered container in refrigerator overnight. Pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN. Put into cold oven. Done when inserted knife comes out clean.
