Barbecued Broiled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiling chicken (about 2 1/2 lb.) or 15 to 20 chicken wings
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water or chicken broth
Preparation
    Wash chicken and dry on absorbent paper.
    Arrange, skin side down, on rack or cookie sheet.
    Combine remaining ingredients and heat until butter is melted.
    Brush chicken with mixture and put in preheated broiler about 4 inches from heat.
    Broil for 50 to 60 minutes under medium heat, turning 3 or 4 times and brushing with barbecue mixture.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
