Pineapple Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 squeeze of lemon juice
pat of butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil and boil for 2 to 3 minutes or until the filling is thick enough to spread. Stir in butter and spread on cake.
