Skillet Polenta Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. white cornmeal
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
    white cornmeal
    vegetable oil
    commercial salsa
    fresh cilantro (garnish)
Preparation
    Bring water and broth to a boil in a saucepan.
    Using a wire whisk, gradually stir in 1 cup cornmeal.
    Return to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
    Add whipping cream; cook 20 minutes, stirring often.
    Stir in cheese.
