Duck And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg Uncle Ben's Long grain & Wild rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chop and saute
    1 small bell pepper, chop and saute
    Cayenne pepper to taste
    1-2 Ducks
Preparation
    Boil ducks in plenty of water with strip of bacon, pod of hot pepper and minced onion.
    Salt to taste.
    Duck needs to boil a long time to be tender.
    The meat will pull away from breast bone when ready.
    Bone duck and cut into bite size pieces.
