Pacific Lime Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. lime jello
    1 c. creamy cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save the juice)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in the water, then add the juice from the pineapple.
    Chill until slightly thickened, but frothy.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a mixer.
    Pour into a mold or pan and chill until firm.
