Fruit Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo, at room temperature
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon extract (if using apple filling)
1 tsp. vanilla (for all other fillings)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put in a greased and floured 10 x 18-inch pan.
Smooth out.
Make square imprints lightly on dough.
Put pie filling in each square.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Put on lower rack.
When it starts to brown, put on top rack and brown top.
Use raisin, pineapple, cherry or apple pie filling.
