Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    8 Tbsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut Crisco in flour and salt.
    Combine egg, water and vinegar. Pour over flour mixture all at once.
    Blend until moistened. Roll out on floured surface.
    Makes 4 single crusts.
