Brown And Bake Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 chicken breasts, cut in half
1 medium jar chipped beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 pkg. cornbread stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
Preparation

Place chicken breasts in 10-inch baking dish.
Place pieces of chipped beef on top of each breast.
Add the rest under the breasts.
Sprinkle sliced mushrooms and almonds on top.
Mix mushroom soup, sour cream and liquid from mushrooms and pour over chicken.
Cover pan with heavy tin foil and seal tightly.
Place in a 250\u00b0 oven and cook 1 hour.
Remove from oven.
Spread cornbread stuffing over top.
Cover, seal and return to oven. Increase heat to 300\u00b0.
Cook 30 minutes more.
