Auntie Karen'S Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 to 3 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Rinse and drain spinach.
    Mix spinach with cheeses, egg whites and flour.
    Place mixture into a greased casserole dish.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
    Remove cover and sprinkle with crushed crackers.
    Bake an additional 30 minutes.
