Beef Broccoli Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and well drained
    1 egg, beaten
    pastry for 2 (9-inch) pies
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown the meat and onion.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in flour, salt and garlic.
    Add milk and cream cheese.
    Cook and stir until mix is smooth and bubbly.
    Add moderate amount mixture to egg and return egg to skillet.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thick.
    Stir in cooked broccoli.
    Set aside.
