Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 fish fillets
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. buckwheat flour
seasoned salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Preparation

Season fillets with seasoned salt and pepper.
In melted butter, place fillets.
Remove fillets from butter and coat in buckwheat flour and place back into melted butter again.
Once fish is covered with butter, remove fish and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
