My Favorite Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
3/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 egg, beaten
1 3/4 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. banana pulp (2 to 3 ripe bananas)
Preparation

Blend sugar, butter and lemon rind together until light and creamy.
Beat in egg.
Sift together flour, baking powder and soda. Alternately add the sifted ingredients to the sugar mixture with the banana pulp, beating batter after each addition until smooth. Place in greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
