Peanut Butter Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 heaping Tbsp. peanut butter

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Place over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Cook until soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and 1 cup nuts, if desired.
Stir until it thickens. Pour into greased platter. Cool before cutting.
