Virginia Peanut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 onion, diced fine
    1 branch celery, sliced fine
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    dash of celery salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and celery. Saute for 5 minutes (do not brown).
    Add flour and mix until flour is blended with butter. Add hot chicken broth and cook 30 minutes. Remove from heat. Strain broth. Stir the peanut butter, celery salt, salt and lemon juice into the strained broth. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on soup before serving.
