Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    a bit of grated lemon peel
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    3 egg yolks (save egg whites for meringue)
    graham crackers
Preparation
    Line pie plate with graham crackers for crust.
    Beat egg yolks into milk and lemon juice.
    Pour into crust and chill.
    Top with meringue before serving.
