Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. rice (white)
    1 onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Brown rice in oil until golden brown with chopped onion and diced bell pepper.
    Add parsley, salt, pepper and tomato.
    Add warm water and chicken broth.
    Simmer for 25 minutes.
    Stir before serving.
