Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
pinch of garlic powder
2 c. onions, chopped fine
2 eggs
8 oz. beer

Preparation

Mix and let sit in refrigerator overnight for best results. Drop in hot grease, teaspoon at a time.
